Peter Kuitenbrouwer started his career as a journalist, writing for some of the top national publications including the National Post and the Globe and Mail. After receiving his Master of Forestry Conservation from U of T, Peter now helps clients manage their forests. He is also the author of three books including Maple Syrup: A Short History of Canada’s Sweetest Obsession.
